Astronomy 191/192

To AST191 and 192 Students:

Weather permitting, observing sessions will be on Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday between March 2 and April 29. Thirty-minute observing sessions will begin at 9 p.m., 9:30 p.m., 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. and will close at 11 p.m. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis. Do not wait until the last minute; you may not be able to get in.

  • Is it going to be clear or cloudy tonight? See Attilla Danko's page for your area. In Lexington, Kentucky, we use this: Clear Sky Chart. Read the top line of the chart: White is cloudy, and dark blue predicts clear skies.
